Orgaia By Rainforest LTD (UK)
Rainforest LTD, Orgaia’s parent company, created in 2023, as a small business with big aspirations. Funded as private venture – so no big corporations. Company Director had this to say:
We spoke to many consumers in and around Derbyshire and spotted a common theme: Customers want more businesses to take responsibility of their waste and be kinder to nature. We all share the same planet. But we as consumers depend on businesses, no matter their size, to act responsibly. So while we’re starting out with Orgaia, we hope to bring new brands to market with 3 goals in mind:
- Offering sustainable products
- Reducing our impact on natural resources
- Support good causes and charity
Rainforest LTD is a Derbyshire based start-up business. Founded in 2023, 2 years of planning, development, challenges, and personal investment, ORGAIA, our flagship brand has come to life in 2026. A vision of nothing complicated – just being kind to our blue planet.
What Our Customers Say
Tea lovers across the UK are raving about Orgaia®! Here’s what they’re saying:
★★★★★
This premium Organic Earl Grey tea tastes really good. I used to drink Earl Grey all the time, but got put off by the last type I had.
As soon as the box was opened, the lovely floral scent wafted out and I knew this would be an enjoyable tea.
These are individually wrapped bags, with string and tag attached. They brew fairly quickly and strongly. You may even be able to get 2 cups out of 1 bag.
This tastes great with a little sugar and milk in, although many prefer to drink it black.
Definitely an enjoyable tea that I can see me ordering more if. The price, for a specialist organic tea, is fairly reasonable. It tastes fresh and is definitely enjoyable.

★★★★★
Tea comes in the standard teabag with string to pull it out the cup.
Followed the instructions of leaving the teabag in the hot water 3-5 mins before adding my milk and sugar.
It’s gives a nice rich colour and smell.
There was nothing wrong with the taste, it had no bitterness or aftertaste.
I nice tea star start your morning.

★★★★★
I have been pleasantly surprised by these [ORGAIA Organic Earl Grey Tea Bags](). The tea has a clean, well-balanced flavour with a noticeable but not overpowering bergamot aroma. The Ceylon black tea base tastes smooth and slightly brisk, which works well whether you drink it black or with a splash of milk.
One thing that stands out is the freshness. Because each bag is individually wrapped, the tea keeps its fragrance until you open it, and the bergamot scent is immediately noticeable. The flavour is consistent from cup to cup, and it brews into a clear, bright tea after a few minutes in hot water.
I also appreciate the environmentally friendly approach. The tea bags are plastic-free, compostable and biodegradable, which is a good alternative to many standard tea bags that still contain small amounts of plastic for sealing. Many brands historically used plastic fibres in their bags, so fully compostable options are a welcome improvement.
The only minor drawback is that the flavour might feel a little light for people who prefer a very strong Earl Grey. Using two bags or allowing a slightly longer brew can help if you like a bolder cup.
Overall, this is a high-quality organic Earl Grey with a pleasant citrus aroma, convenient individually wrapped bags and environmentally conscious packaging. It is a good everyday tea and a solid choice for anyone looking for a plastic-free option.
